Patti is a Nurse Practitioner and she had a conference in San Francisco. I went along to enjoy one of my favorite cities. We stayed at the Hyatt Recency Embarcadero across from the Ferry Building. I have a friend, Chris, who lived in S.F. at that time and I spent most of my time hanging out with him, including trips to Berkeley and Sausalito. I had been to S.F, many times before, and actually lived in the Bay Area in summer 1967, (the "Summer of Love"), seeing Haight-Ashbury in its prime.
